Natan, George, Dominick, and Costa, were absolute pros—knowledgeable, attentive, and always made sure I felt like the focus was truly on my recovery. Not only did they push me to get stronger, but they also kept the vibe light, fun and entertaining. You’ll actually enjoy coming in, which says a lot for physical therapy! Huge shoutout to Monina and Jessie at the front desk—these ladies are the real MVPs. Super welcoming, friendly, and always made the place feel warm and positive from the moment I walked in.

I was looking for a PT spot in my neighborhood in advance of a surgery and was sold on SOMA right away. Very clean facility. The folks at the desk take care of business. The therapists are very knowledgeable and everything you do with them is with care and intent. They explain why you’re doing what you’re doing with patience. Highly recommended.

I love Soma!!! Came with tendinitis on both rotator cuffs, and Dominick was an earth angel who helped heal them! He and the rest of the crew are so patient and friendly, and tolerate all my questions about the human body. The facility is modern, clean, well-designed with lots of sunlight and new equipment. Jessie & Monina are dream admins who made scheduling and insurance stuff so simple.

SOMA has been absolutely wonderful! Everyone here is so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely cares about their patients. They’ve done an amazing job helping my dad with his recovery — we’ve seen so much progress thanks to their dedication and expertise. Highly Recommend Soma! I have been working with George to help recover from an IT band injury and his help has been life saving. George is a true professional and is extremely knowledgeable. He really takes the time to explain and educate his patients to ensure a smooth path to recovery. Absolutely love this place and have already referred several friends.

Costa was extremely professional and knowledgeable with my diagnosis. I had a great time working with him and he made sure I attained the goals we set up together. It was easy to set up an appointment, which they also accommodated in short notice. The office has a positive atmosphere and I look forward to working with him again.

I am a blind person and amazingly have not always had great experiences when visiting a doctor or physical therapist’s office as I am a guide dog handler. I do not write a lot of reviews, but feel I had to as my experience with Soma PT from my first phone call to every visit to their office has been fantastic. From an accessible intake form for blind screen reader users, to the entire staff at the front desk, to their physical therapists, all my experiences have been first class and amazing. Additionally, the treatment has been first class. If you are in the Astoria area and need a physical therapist this is the place to go. I actually will be sad when my PT ends as I love the entire staff so much.
