
Our running analysis includes a thorough assessment of your running form and biomechanics, using video analysis to identify areas of improvement. Our physical therapists will also review your running gait and cadence, helping to correct any bad habits and prevent future injury.
After completing the running analysis, our SOMA therapist will provide you with feedback on your form and the tools you need to improve your mechanics. This may include changes to your strike pattern, exercises to strengthen weak areas, and adjustments to your cadence to help you run more efficiently.
