ACL full recovery- I started with George a month before my ACL surgery and I was able to reach full range of motion right before surgery as suggested by my surgeon. This really helped set my recovery to a great start. ACL recovery is painful in the beginning but working along George made it easy to understand the different stages I was in and I saw improvement through every session. I had some set backs along the way like tendinitis but that was nothing George couldn’t help me get through. I’m now fully recovered and so thankful for George’s help.

I started coming to Soma in June of this year with a torn MCL. George has worked wonders on knee. Very mindful and considerate on how much to push forward without aggravating the injury. New exercises weekly to strengthen the knee and post surgery this has definitely helped. The other part which is great is that they’re super helpful on accommodating to your schedule and very helpful with dealing with the insurance companies. It’s an overall great experience I’m very happy that I found them.

I highly recommend SOMA Physical & Occupational Therapy for both injury recovery and prevention! After a month of treatment for my minor meniscus tear, I’ve noticed such a big difference. The sessions have really improved my pain, strength, and mobility but what makes it even better is the environment and the staff. George, Dom, and Monina are an absolute A-team. The space feels calm, welcoming, and nothing like a typical medical office. The team is attentive, supportive, and genuinely invested in their patients’ progress. They listen to your goals, your concerns, and pay close attention to what you need. I always leave feeling better both physically and mentally, and I actually look forward to my sessions as a time to heal and strengthen.

Everyone is absolutely amazing at SOMA Physical Therapy. From the front desk to the therapist themselves, they will make you feel like family. They put very special care and attention into everyone that walks in there. In the time I’ve been there, I have strengthened and learned some of the simplest ways to improve my injury. They are definitely a place I will be referring any family or friends to go to if they ever need physical/occupational therapy done.

The entire team here is incredibly helpful, friendly, thoughtful, and most importantly committed to your recovery. I came in to treat a shoulder injury I had been dealing with for a year that had been difficult to diagnose and which had not responded well to prior treatment. George worked with me to continuously adopt my treatment plan based on my stubborn shoulder with the ultimate goal of getting me back to all physical activities like sports and the gym I’ve been trying and failing to get back to at full strength. With George’s treatment and instruction I’m happy to say I’m finally back to 100%.

My experience at SOMA has been way above and beyond any reasonable expectations. Staff is exceptional, both therapists are excellent professionals as well as caring individuals. Extremely satisfied with my results after only two weeks. Just amazing progress in a very short period of time. Would highly recommend to anyone l have the opportunity to speak with.

I was so lucky to find SOMA PT/OT after a terrible accident to my hand. Everybody there is warm and welcoming and extremely compassionate. The vibe in the whole place is relaxed yet dedicated to helping each individual and their needs. Specifically, my occupational therapist, Costa, has a natural ability to focus in and address the unique problem that requires help in the moment. I know I progressed for the better because of his expertise and desire to be beneficial. The second you walk in and meet Monina (a doll!) at the front desk, you know you’re in the best hands

I’m so glad I picked SOMA for my physical therapy following an ankle injury. George has been so helpful when it comes to helping me understand my injury, prescribing helpful exercises/stretches and encouraging me during my treatment journey! You can tell both George and Costa really care about everyone they treat. Highly recommend!
