Costa was extremely professional and knowledgeable with my diagnosis. I had a great time working with him and he made sure I attained the goals we set up together. It was easy to set up an appointment, which they also accommodated in short notice. The office has a positive atmosphere and I look forward to working with him again.

I was so lucky to find SOMA PT/OT after a terrible accident to my hand. Everybody there is warm and welcoming and extremely compassionate. The vibe in the whole place is relaxed yet dedicated to helping each individual and their needs. Specifically, my occupational therapist, Costa, has a natural ability to focus in and address the unique problem that requires help in the moment. I know I progressed for the better because of his expertise and desire to be beneficial. The second you walk in and meet Monina (a doll!) at the front desk, you know you’re in the best hands

SOMA is a hidden gem in Astoria that more people need to know about! George and his team are incredibly knowledgeable and friendly and really take the time to get to know each patient. The facility is also really clean. I highly recommend SOMA for anyone who needs physical therapy!

I am a blind person and amazingly have not always had great experiences when visiting a doctor or physical therapist’s office as I am a guide dog handler. I do not write a lot of reviews, but feel I had to as my experience with Soma PT from my first phone call to every visit to their office has been fantastic. From an accessible intake form for blind screen reader users, to the entire staff at the front desk, to their physical therapists, all my experiences have been first class and amazing. Additionally, the treatment has been first class. If you are in the Astoria area and need a physical therapist this is the place to go. I actually will be sad when my PT ends as I love the entire staff so much.

SOMA has been absolutely wonderful! Everyone here is so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely cares about their patients. They’ve done an amazing job helping my dad with his recovery — we’ve seen so much progress thanks to their dedication and expertise. They make scheduling appointments and handling insurance things so easy. We truly couldn’t have found a better facility. Highly recommend!

I love Soma!!! Came with tendinitis on both rotator cuffs, and Dominick was an earth angel who helped heal them! He and the rest of the crew are so patient and friendly, and tolerate all my questions about the human body. The facility is modern, clean, well-designed with lots of sunlight and new equipment. Jessie & Monina are dream admins who made scheduling and insurance stuff so simple.

From my first appointment, the entire team was incredibly kind, supportive, and knowledgeable. They took the time to get to know me and my goals, and subsequently guided me through a tailored rehab plan focused on both strength and flexibility. Thanks to their expert care, I was not only able to recover, but I successfully completed my first marathon!! If you’re looking for a physical therapy spot that feels more like a team of friends helping you get back on track, this is it. Natan, George, Dominick, and Costa, were absolute pros—knowledgeable, attentive, and always made sure I felt like the focus was truly on my recovery. Not only did they push me to get stronger, but they also kept the vibe light, fun and entertaining. You’ll actually enjoy coming in, which says a lot for physical therapy! Huge shoutout to Monina and Jessie at the front desk—these ladies are the real MVPs. Super welcoming, friendly, and always made the place feel warm and positive from the moment I walked in.
